Mawlid-un-Nabi-Mubarak

Mawlid un-Nabiﷺ Mubarak

بِسۡمِ اللهِ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِيۡمِ

Allahumma Salli ala Muhammadin wa ala ‘aly Muhammadin wa Sallim

This is the month of Mawlid. The day of Birth is a big day. It is as revered as “Laylatul Qadr”, the Night of Power. So many miracles occurred on that night for the sake of our Holy Prophet (ﷺ). It is written everywhere. It is written in history books. It is written in mawlids as well. Are they going to deny this too? Now on, we are seeking refuge in Allah from this band.

There is no limit or bounds to the miracles of our Prophet (ﷺ). Since he is a Prophet, he should perform miracles. Prophets have miracles. A miracle is different from karamat/supernatural wonders. Awliya perform karamat but Prophets always have miracles. Many miracles happened on the birth day of our Prophet. A part of Kisra’s(Persian king) palace was destroyed. The fire that they worshiped for 1,000 years was extinguished. That fire had never been turned off before. There were many miracles like that on the day our Prophet was born.

Tonight was Mawlid night, like no other in the world. May it be holy for the people of Muhammad. May Allah let us reach his intercession. May no worries remain on people. May shaitan and those who follow shaitan be defeated. May calamities stop. May mercies come down on the people of Muhammad. May relief come. May those who who want to destroy the people of Muhammad be destroyed themselves. Bi hurmati hadhihi laylat-ul Mubarak. Bi hurmati Fatiha.

The Muslim world is on their feet to celebrate the birthday of our Prophet (ﷺ) on the 12th of this holy month, to ask for the help which will be a wasila-means – for them to reach its blessings. Now, our words-speech would not finish even if we spoke the whole night, whole week, whole month- would not finish even until the end of the world, because we cannot finish speaking of, or writing about, the majesty of our Prophet (ﷺ)- his levels & honor within the creation and in the Presence of Allah. But I may say an imitated word: “symbolic”- it is a symbolic celebration. We are asking for the blessings of this Holy Night for the Ummah that whole mankind today is from the nation of Muhammad (ﷺ).

Janab Allah has granted the highest honour to our Prophet, to whom He said “My Habib”, My beloved one. The highest honour belongs to him. He is the greatest. Among all creation, there is no one greater than him, more honourable than him, more valuable and more worthy than him. Just as he is valuable in Janab Allah’s Presence, he is high, honourable and glorious, so Allah wants His servants to keep the Prophet like this. That is why as much as you honour our Prophet, Janabul Haqq is that much pleased by your honouring, presenting your respect and admiration to our Prophet (ﷺ). There is no limit for this.

To Prophet Moses: “fakhla’ na’layk” (20:12). To Prophet Moses, on the Mountain of Tur it was ordered: “Take off your shoes.” Allah addressed His Beloved: “Tread upon My Throne, stand in My Presence, O My Beloved.” O RasulAllah, who has the ability to praise you after our Lord has praised you? We do not have the strength to praise, O my son. Take his path, keep his love, do not stray from his path. The world is rubbish, do not ask for it. What we seek is to see the glorious face of the Beloved. When he calls: “O my ummah. O my ummah!” Let us be among them, O my son. Try to be among the ummah of the Beloved.
