One of the things we must believe is that even if we don’t see Him ﷻ Allāh ﷻ sees us. He ﷻ sees us at all times and each one of us is precious. Prophets are aware of this at all times but we should be careful in our worship and know that He ﷻ is seeing. We must be happy because of this and not worry.

A‘ūdhu bi-Llāhi mina sh-shayṭāni r-rajīm.
Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Aṣ-ṣalātu wa-s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-awwalīna wa-l-ākhirīn. Madad yā Rasūla Llāh, madad yā Sādātī Aṣḥābi Rasūli Llāh, madad yā Mashāyikhanā, dastūr Mawlānā Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistānī, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatuna ṣ-ṣuḥbah, wa-l-khayru fi ljam’iyyah.
The first of the principles of īmān is āmantu biLlāhi, to believe in Allāh ﷻ. First is belief and then the rest. Because if a man doesn’t believe in Allāh ﷻ, it doesn’t matter if he believes at all. It is important that he believes in Allāh ﷻ. When you believe in Allāh ﷻ, you need to know what Allāh ﷻ does. Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is saying in Qur‘ān Karīm, “Inna Llāha kāna ‘alaykum raqība” (4:1). Allāh ﷻ sees your every action, everything you do. He ﷻ witnesses and sees it. You can’t hide even a small act from Allāh ﷻ. A man who believes in Allāh ﷻ acts according to that. He should act being aware of it.
A Ḥadīth of our Prophet ﷺ says, when you pray to Allāh ﷻ, pray as if Allāh ﷻ is watching you. Our Prophet ﷺ said then – of course, no one sees Him ﷻ – if you don’t see Him ﷻ, He ﷻ is seeing you. Therefore, we should be more careful about worship. We should do all our worship. Of course, people make mistakes. But as our Prophet ﷺ said, we should be careful with our worship and carry out Allāh’s ﷻ orders: pray, fast, pay zakāh. Allāh ﷻ sees all of this. Allāh ﷻ is a witness. Do them correctly. Do them on time. Do them carefully. Other things… People who reached to that level are prophets, ṣaḥābah, awliyā’. It is a reminder to ordinary people that there is no moment in which Allāh ﷻ does not see us. If He ﷻ didn’t, you would be gone. Without the grace of Allāh ﷻ, in less than a second, not just you or the world – the whole universe would be gone. Without the grace of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla.
Therefore, we should not see ourselves as great and think we are something. Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla gave us this favour. He ﷻ is treating us with His ﷻ kind favour. He ﷻ says, “The Universe cannot contain Me ﷻ. Only the heart of a believer can contain Me ﷻ,” says Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. What great kindness it is. It is a huge favour. If the mu’min, people with belief, think about it, the troubles and hardships of this world become nothing. They are nothing. The end of times, beginning of times, fitnah – these don’t affect those who are with Allāh ﷻ. Allāh ﷻ is seeing me. He ﷻ created me. He ﷻ is guarding me. As long as you submit, you will be at ease.
Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla told us what to do, how to find comfort in His ﷻ Book, Qur’ān ‘Aẓīmu sh-Sha’n. And He ﷻ told by means of our Prophet ﷺ. Who follows that is in comfort. They don’t have fear either from the virus, nor from the smallpox, Mawlānā used to say. Smallpox is also an illness with fever. No need to fear from things like this. Be with Allah ﷻ. Allāh ﷻ sees us. If He ﷻ gives a virus, He ﷻ will. If He ﷻ doesn’t, He ﷻ will treat us kindly and protect us, in shā’a Llāh.
Without the grace of Allāh ﷻ, in less than a second, not just you or the world – the whole universe would be gone.
Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla… First thing to we have believe six things: Āmantu biLlāhi wa-malā’ikatihi wa-kutubihi wa-rusulihi wa-l-yawmi l-ākhiri – this. First thing we must believe in our Creator, Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. If you not believe in Him ﷻ, other is not important. But when you believe, you must believe who is Mightiness, Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla Mightiness, how He ﷻ is saying in Qur’ān – first what you must believe: Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. “Inna Llāha kāna ‘alaykum raqība” (4:1). This verse is in Qur’ān, Sūratu n-Nisā’. Allāh ﷻ meaning, [He ﷻ] seeing whole time with you. What you do – everything – He ﷻ is seeing. You cannot hide anything. Who believe in this, he will be careful for what he is doing – what is good, what not good, how behave for everything, not only for human being, for everything. This is very small verses but if somebody taking this and do it, he is following the strong belief of Allāh ﷻ.
Everything he do it will be good and reward[ed] for Allāh ﷻ. Because he know Allāh ﷻ He ﷻ is, “If I do some wrong thing Allāh ﷻ see me. I am ashamed to do this because Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla He ﷻ see me.” But of course people they forget. Very few people they are taking care about this. But everything you do, and Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam saying, when you worship, “A‘budu Llāh ka’annaka tarāh, fa-in lam takun tarāh fa-innahu yarāk,” you worship as He ﷻ see you. If you not see Him ﷻ – of course we, nobody can see Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla – but He ﷻ is seeing you. So… But you imagine you see how His ﷻ Mightiness to worship Him ﷻ. Especially in worship because whole time people cannot be with Allāh ﷻ. In praying, in worshipping they can be more closer for Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla and for this Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam saying, “Be careful and make it very good, very nice worship.”
Other time of course, only Prophets or Companions of Prophet, Awliyā’u Llāh, beloved one for Allāh ﷻ, they can do whole time as Allāh ﷻ seeing us. But for praying, for worshipping, we must be careful and believe. Because without His ﷻ, if one second not His ﷻ… Qudrat – Power of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, if one second not with you, you are not, you finish. You are not in exist[ence] anymore. Not only you, your world, this universe, if one second not Power of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla and His ﷻ bless, they will be finish. For this we are lucky we are to be Allāh ﷻ of His ﷻ whole Mightiness saying, “I ﷻ am seeing you, what you doing.” He ﷻ take care of us. Each one of us precious for Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. We must be very happy for this.
And Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla saying, because you cannot say Allāh ﷻ where He ﷻ is. He ﷻ don’t have any He ﷻ is… You cannot say the place for Allāh ﷻ, or time for Allāh ﷻ. But He ﷻ saying, “Nothing can be, no place for Me ﷻ to can [be] put Me ﷻ inside. Only heart of mu’min believer one, I ﷻ am in his heart.” So we must be thankful for His ﷻ Mightiness, for His ﷻ generous, for His ﷻ bless for us. And human being they are not knowing this. They are, with very small thing they are thinking the whole universe for them. They are nothing when they are not following, accepting Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. And Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla He ﷻ is with us, with mu’min, in their heart. And when some have this reality and he believe on this, nothing affect him.
In this time, we saying every time, this is ākhir zamān, end of time. End of time, middle of time, or first of time, when believer he has this in his heart, nothing affect him, no fitnah, no war, no nothing. All because he know Allāh ﷻ, He ﷻ is seeing him. And He ﷻ is happy with him, he will be happy every time. So we are asking, in shā’a Llāh, to be with Him ﷻ, to not [be] affect[ed] with this thing. It is only thing for our benefit. Everything for believer, believer one, what in this dunyā happen – all for our benefit. Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam saying, “Al-khayr” – all benefit for mu’min. Everything happen, nothing going without reward. Everything for reward. So we must be happy Allāh ﷻ He ﷻ accept us and He ﷻ is with us and He ﷻ is seeing us.
Al-ḥamdu liLlāh, Allāh ﷻ keep us safe from this thing nowadays people they’re afraid. Everywhere they’re afraid with this, from one creature Allāh ﷻ make, corona, morona, something like this. All this not important. When Allāh ﷻ wants something – it happen. Without His ﷻ order, nothing happen. So, don’t worry, don’t be sad. Be happy you are with Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla.
