For the sake of this holy month, may Allah Almighty descend His mercy upon us and on the rest of Muslims. May the troubles descending on these Muslims be lifted for the sake of our Holy Prophet (ﷺ) Inshallah. Son of man runs here and there according to his own head looking for his interest and wanting a benefit in return. In this world, they do not give you anything in return if there is no vested interest. They certainly want something in return. Not just goods, money, or this and that but all kinds of repayment. If someone is to do you good, he will certainly ask you for something in return. So even if he does not tell you, you are obliged to do what he wants from you.
Most of the time it is useless. You run uselessly after empty dreams throughout your life. What really needs to be asked for is Allah. Those who follow Allah (JJ) and our Holy Prophet (ﷺ), the saints (awliya) who go on their path do things without asking anything in return. When you ask them they give you Allah willing, but son of man never looks at that side and runs after useless people.
Whereas, all the duas that we read would heal us for the honor of our Holy Prophet (ﷺ) and if we are in need of something, for his honor and for his sake, Allah Azza wa Jalla would provide us our sustenance. He tells us to make dua. How many people recite for the honor of our Holy Prophet (ﷺ)? They have dua books in their hands. All the prayers in those prayer books are for the honor of our Holy Prophet (ﷺ). All prayers such as, “May our problems be solved, may our health recover, may our business get better, and may our children remain on the right path,” are answered for the honor of our Holy Prophet (ﷺ).
However, as we said, people are bewildered and there are devils (shaitans) that confuse them. “Do not place an intermediary in between,” they say. You could not reach anywhere if there was no intermediary anyway. If there was no intermediary Allah would not send a prophet. He would bring down the Koran and tell us to read it. This means the people who say these words have no manners (adab). Allah Almighty and Glorious be He sent the Prophet (ﷺ) and you are saying there is no need for an intermediary, there is no need for him. This means you are opposing what Allah does. You are opposing Him and interfering in his work and then you are saying, “Do not place an intermediary between yourselves and Allah.” People who say this truly do not have the slightest brains, and you cannot even get near them because of their arrogance. Moreover, they make judgments saying, “We are educated. People in tariqa are ignorant. They are unknowingly committing shirk (associating partners).” But they have no such thing as manners.
Allah Azza wa Jalla has granted us a great favor and created us from the Nation of our Holy Prophet (ﷺ). They do not know its value. As long as people who do not appreciate its value are not sorry for their mistake and do not truly repent, Allah will give them according to their intention and they will miss out on the intercession (shafa’at) of our Holy Prophet (ﷺ). They are the head of troubles upon the Islamic world. Allah’s anger descends as long as they are on that path. Allah inflicts one tyrant over another tyrant. “Why are these happening?” they ask. Well, it is seen clearly. Anybody with the slightest brains can see it.
All these troubles are because they are not with Allah (JJ) but they are with their ego. It has become trouble for themselves and for others. What are we going to do? You will turn to Allah and you will respect Allah’s Beloved servant (ﷺ). You will say, “For his honor, help us and do not let these tyrants oppress us!” You go ahead saying the one across is a tyrant and then you come out as more of a tyrant. There is Allah. Allah would not forgive you. You would find your punishment here and when you go to the hereafter you would be deprived of shafa’at. The really bad situation would be then.
This is the month of Mawlid. The day of Birth is a big day. It is as revered as “Laylatul Qadr”, the Night of Power. So many miracles occurred on that night for the sake of our Holy Prophet (ﷺ). It is written everywhere. It is written in history books. It is written in mawlids as well. Are they going to deny this too? Now on, we are seeking refuge in Allah from this band.
People are like a flock of sheep or goats. A hundred thousand scholars say the truth and they pale in comparison to one pervert who comes out, says something, and everybody listens to him: “So and so hodja (cleric) appeared on TV and said such, and another said such.” Millions of scholars came for 1400 years, not hundreds of thousands but millions of scholars came and they were on the right path. Were they all wrong and this first smarty, this sell out is right? Shaykh Mawlana would say, “Let him drown in money.” Is the person who is a sellout, who sold himself, who sold his honor, who sold his religion, and who sold his conscience right?
The man neither has light (noor) nor knowledge, but as luck would have it people have become fools. Even mentioning his name is not good, but they are deviating everyone from the path. What happens when they deviate off the path? Here, as we can see, troubles are descending everywhere. We are acquitted from them, we are distant from them, and we do not accept what they are saying. We love our Holy Prophet (ﷺ). We love him more than anything else of ours. According to his order, “Nobody can become a person of true faith until he loves me more than his mother, his father, his property, and his children,” says our Holy Prophet (ﷺ).
“We know the Koran. We follow the Koran,” they say. Those perverted types do not accept hadiths either now. First, they did not accept tariqas, then they did not accept divine law (sharia), they did not accept schools of law (mazhabs), and now they are denying hadiths. “We look at the Koran,” they say. In a little while they will not accept the Koran either. Anyway, anyone who does not accept the hadith means they do not accept the Koran either. You do not accept the hadith but Allah Almighty and Glorious be He says commanding in so many places in the Koran, “Make salat and salam on the Prophet. Respect the Prophet.” Only those who respect him complete their religion. The slightest disrespect towards the Prophet (ﷺ) would cause a person to lose his faith.

This is the month of Mawlid. Sometimes we sit quietly but wherever you go these ones have increased in number. They neither have logic nor do they listen. So it is no use sitting and talking with them. They do what they know and continue on the path of Shaitan. Respecting our Holy Prophet (ﷺ) during this month is beneficial for all of us. I also see that they are organizing a Holy Birth Week in April. Everywhere, in newspapers, here and there is pomp for the Holy Birth Week. The real one is on Mawlid day. The birth that is famous for being in the Islamic Rabiul Awwal is our Holy Prophet’s (ﷺ) month of birth, day of birth, the month of Mawlid, and the day of Mawlid.
However, it is quiet in this month and this is another matter. What we are to celebrate and be happy for is not 21 April but 12 Rabiul Awwal. If you are to do a birth celebration week you are to do it now. It is not virtuous to do it in an irrelevant time. What is virtuous is this month, the Islamic month. What they are doing is in a sense confusing Muslims and nothing else. We need to pay attention to this too and remind everybody. Nobody is aware that it is Rabiul Awwal now or Safar now. When that time arrives the preachers (wa’ith) and imams go out everywhere and keep talking, but the virtuous one is the month of Rabiul Awwal. Holy days and holy nights are done according to the Islamic year and the Islamic months, the lunar months. The other one is a calendar made up by people. It can be used for worldly affairs.
There are some brainless people, a group, who always fast in November and December because Ramadan is too long during summer. They say, “Days are shorter and it fits us this way.” Is it alright? Of course not. It is the same way with the month of Mawlid. Mawlid is in Rabiul Awwal not April. You can celebrate it in April but it has no virtue. Alright, you remember our Holy Prophet (ﷺ), you can say he was born in this month, but if you are to do good deeds you are to do it in the month of Rabiul Awwal. You need to revive the Mawlid night and recite mawlids. What happened on that day? How did the angels descend? You can read it all on that night. Mawlid day has virtues. Good deeds would be accepted for the honor of our Holy Prophet (ﷺ). The prayers (duas) would also be accepted Allah willing. May we be granted his shafa’at Inshallah.

What he calls “Liwaul Hamd” is our Holy Prophet’s standard, his flag, on Judgment Day. The only shade is under it. People who follow him, who love him, and who respect him will certainly be there. There is no single tree nor shade on the Day of Judgment. People’s heads, brains, will boil profusely from the sun, from the heat. Only those who respect and follow our Holy Prophet (ﷺ) will be at that place called Liwaul Hamd. There is shade there. There is no toil of resurrection, of thirst, of torment there. You stay relieved there. It is a special place. They call it VIP now. It is that kind of place. The real VIP is there. It is such a place.
May Allah resurrect us all under the Liwaul Hamd. May we be together with our Holy Prophet (ﷺ) in paradise and be granted his shafa’at. Because as long as his shafa’at is not there, none of our works, none of our worships are acceptable. Sometimes I see that we offer morning (Fajr), noon (Zuhr), afternoon (Asr), evening (Maghreb), and night (Isha) prayers and get up and do the same thing again. If Allah (JJ) does not accept what we do, if there is no respect for our Holy Prophet (ﷺ) it is nothing. [It is the same] whether you pray or not. What is important is respect and love for our Holy Prophet (ﷺ). Because people are with those whom they love. Inshallah we get together. May this affection (muhabbat) increase.
Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq. Al-Fatiha.
